Venue and Travel
The 2012 FSE-20 conference will take place at the
Embassy Suites Raleigh-Durham/Research Triangle
in Cary, North Carolina. The hotel offers two-room hotel suites with free
high-speed Internet access, two televisions, two telephones, an in-room
refrigerator, microwave oven and coffee maker.
In addition to being only a ten-minute complimentary hotel shuttle ride
from the Raleigh Durham International Airport (RDU), hotel guests receive
a complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast each morning and a Manager's
Reception each evening featuring your favorite beverages (beer, wine and
cocktails) and light refreshments.
To Reserve Your Room
Rooms will be available at the 2012 FSE-20 conference rate of $139 per night plus tax, single or double occupancy, from November 7, 2010, through November 20, 2012.
You can reserve your room online at the Embassy Suites registration website. The group code "ACM" is already filled in on the "book a room" page.
Reservations can also be made by phone directly with the hotel at 1-919-677-1840, or toll free from within the U.S. at 1-800-276-7415. The group code you'll need to provide in order to get the group rate is "ACM".
Important Dates
The hotel reservation cut-off date is October 12, 2012. Reservation requests after the cut-off date are subject to availability at the hotel's prevailing rates.

From downtown Raleigh:
- Take I-40 West toward RDU Airport and Exit 287 (Harrison Avenue)
- Turn left (south) at the end of the exit ramp onto Harrison Avenue
- Go through the first two lights
- Turn right on Harrison Oaks Boulevard
- The hotel is located 1/2 mile on the right
From 15-501 North or South from Chapel Hill or Durham:
- Take I-40 East for 18 miles to Exit 287 (Harrison Avenue)
- Turn right (south) at the end of the exit ramp onto Harrison Avenue
- Go through one light
- Turn right on Harrison Oaks Boulevard
- The hotel is located 1/2 mile on the right
